Default Wide band O2 sensors

I am thinking about getting either EFIlive or Hptuner shortly. My question is on a 2005 CTS V, can I mount the wide band in the narrow band O2 place and wire it in to the PCM, or is this a dead end. I have been doing alot of reading and everyone suggest getting a WB to be able to tune in the AFR more accurately. Any suggestions would be great.. Luv the site!

It would probably be easier to just weld in a bung and install the wide band seperate.

Pretty much all WB 02 sensors have an output signal wire and with HPtuners there is an input so you can wire the output to the input and setup a formula in HPtuners and it will display the AFR in yor HPtuners log.
