I dont think the gains will be that big but....I gained 13rwhp and 10rwtq going from a TR224/224 to a TR230/224, only change being the cam (intake duration and lift to be more exact) :dunno: I didn't think that would make much of a difference either.

You will make better "under curve" power by getting rid of the exaust restriction of the reverse split cam. Peak won't be alot diffrent. Personally I wouldn't mess with it. Just try not to restrict your exaust in any way. The 230 cam will lope a "hardly noticeable" bit harder due to it being on a 111 LSA. The TSP is on a 112. On the other hand, if you plan on a blower in the future, change the cam now. Superchargers love a longer exaust duration and the TSP is a perfect example of that.

I was between the TR230 and the TSP 231/237. I went with the TSP, but the two cams are pretty close in performance I think, they just have different ways of achieving/ making similar output. One's a reverse split, smaller duration with hard lobe profile, the other's a traditional split, longer duration with soft lobes.
As noted above, if spraying, go with the TSP231/237.
