Like headed said, you cant use the stock retainers on duals, but most of the dual kits come with what you need. Im running the PRC EHT .675s from TSP, and they came with seats, springs, seals, and retainers. Only thing reused are the locks.. Or you can buy new stockers for about 40 cents each.

Ok, would you guys consider 15k on a set of PRC duals to be worn out or still good ? And how long can a set of duals last ?

All depends on how aggressive the cam lobes are and the ramp rate as well. I would just save your coin and buy a new set or duals if that's what you wont. The risk involved with used springs is enough to say no. Just buy new ones its 300 bucks and a peace of mind.

Geoff at EPS told me duals tend to be noisier. It could be due to higher seat pressure but some beehives have about the same seat pressure as duals so that may not be the case. I guess you'd have to ask EPS....

Pac 1518's would do you good. If you want the added piece of mind, go with duels. I'm running the Pac 1518's w/ my EPS cam. .598/.600 lift.
