Info on 243 heads

Info on 243 heads I recently came into possession of a set of bare 243 heads. What I have gathered is that these came stock on ls2 and ls6 motors. What I would like to know is what other applications these are able to fit on and how much a set of these are worth. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Oh man...those things will make anything you put them on puke like a sick dog!! You better get rid of them fast!! I happen to have the technology it takes to store them in such a fashion that they will never hurt anyone or anything again. Better send them to me asap before they bite you on the ***!!! 
Any Gen III block. LS1,2,6 or LQ4/9. Anything 3.9**" bore or larger. Just nothing in the Gen IV Category. Or at least I wouldn't try. Gen IV Heads are a different animal. (Will outflow a 243 head even in stock form, IIRC.)
My bosses Avalanche 5.3L 2008 model has 799 heads on it from the factory.
