I have 2000 ls1 z28 a-4 and I would like to run a dual x-pipe with cutout and a pair of mufflers thAt would be super quiet like stock or quieter.....lol oh also I would like for the end to dump off before the axle .... my intention is to be a sleeper car and when I'm ready I'll open her up .. Any body have done this and where did u buy the ur setup ??

An x-pipe dumped at the back axle is not really going to be a "sleeper". It's going to be pretty loud regardless which muffler you go with.

dam, im seriously thinking just installing the stock muffler and installing 2 cutouts after the header that probably sounds quiet right ?

then when i want it loud ill flip the switch on the electronic cut-out and sound like a monster...

yeah if you want it quite just run stock exhaust and put cut outs in the Y

yup that has to be the only way to be a sleeper especially after i put in the big cam that i want..... i dont want to cause any trouble with the city cops... lol
