i have a set of cnced ls6 heads that i baught used from a friend. they were older heads taken off a motor and i dont know what brand of heads they are. the heads are missing 2 valve seats and was wondering where to buy ones for bronze valve guides since they are wider and stock seats and stock ls1 seats dont fit over them. im also not sure if ls6 heads came factory with bronze valve guides. if so i can just get them from work. i also have purchased stock gm valve seals for the heads. wasnt sure if these are correct for bronze guides or not thanks alot guys.

stock GM LS heads came with powder metal valve guides.you can install bronze guides.

Where can the correct seats for the bronze valve guides be had?

I think you guys mean spring seats. Valve seats have almost nothing to do with the guides. You can get aftermarket steel seats from Comp Cams, or stock ones from GM. You can usually order "spring kits" that come with spring seats.
