Default Cam bearing question, please help.

I have an 04 LQ9 that is getting a 02-04 Z06 camshaft. What cam bearings would I use?

I know there is a 1st design and 2nd design based on the inside diameter of the bearings between 03-04. I measured the cams 1 and 5th journals on the came with a caliper and got 2.168".

I ordered a set of bearing from summitracing but canceled when I remembered there were two size bearings.

I did a more reading use the search function and I think the only thing that changed was the bearings outter diameter in relation to the block, not the camshaft journal size.

Thats correct, the ID of the bearing bores in the engine changed. I'm pretty sure the '04 truck blocks still used the Durabond CH-10 cam bearings, but I'm not 100% certain.
