with my stock shift points i think the extension is at like 4900...i would assume with shift points 500-600 rpms higher the extension would move up as well am i right? Maybe not that same 500-600 but some of that at least?

you'll get bored w/the 3500 quick and upgrade..go 4000 or better....stage 2 mti heads, x1 cam, and N20...i wouldn't trade it for the world.

PM ME..i have a 4000 3disc for sale if interested.

RJF, yep. I have been running this cam since Thanksgiving on a small Yank 3000stall, 3.23 rear. Have cut some good 1.60 with it on a crappy track prep, compared to the TR224 on otherwise same combo and cut 1.50's.
You dont need 42# injectors, I am running stock 02 28.8#s from my friend. Work fine, and still have some room up top without going lean, even when I sprayed a 200shots.
I also run CC918 springs which went in last year with the TR224 cam. They now have 8,000 miles, no problems no float no binding. Not recommended, but it works, and I do run the car a lot.

You should not need injectors unless you run a Dry Shot of nitrous. The 28.8 will supply enough fuel. Get a 4000 stall for that cam. You'll love it.

What he said ^

I am just now maxing out the stock injectors . Im at 431 rwhp unlocked so I would say anything more than that on a A4 car you will need injectors.

you might be able to send that stall back to TCI and they can restall it for you. Be cheaper than buying a new converter.

You need an ls6 intake for that cam. you can find a used torque arm for cheap.
