Default Power Washing a Truck Intake

Does anyone see any harm in pulling the throttle body, injectors, fuel lines and sensors then taking a car wash power washer to the interior of my truck intake before I install it? I bought this thing from a auto recycler and it's got some dirt and carbon residue in it. I have a 6 HP shop vac that I hit it with but I don't want any dirt in my new motor.

I did mine without issue. Hose it down with simple green first.

Go get some Seafoam and put it into a spray bottle. Spray it all over the inside and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then hose that SOB down. You will be happy. Just did this to my LS6 intake and Seafoam is my new favorite cleaner.
