I would say no, isn't the LQ4 an iron block? It would be if you were gonna bore it and stroke it ,or if you were gonna switch to a L92/LS3 head and intake or FAST 102 set up instead, but the added displacement from 5.7 to 6.0 wont make enough extra power to make up for the added weight. The heads and cam will make so close to same power, it's not worth it, unless the motor was damaged and needed to be replaced anyway. And you just happened to have one available or can get one cheap. If that's not the case a forged/stroker would be the way to go.

Pulling motor out do to no oil pressure. Can i just swap out dish piston for flat top ones. Can buy lq4 motor and get it rebuild for around 1000 bucks

I think it is, but it also depends on what your future plans for the car are. While the Lq4 will have less compression then an LS1, but it has a larger bore which gives the potential for better heads and also building a 408 out of it later. IMO the 408 is the best bang for your buck motor you can build. I know that the iron block will put an extra 70lbs on the nose of the car, but these cars are heavy to begin with and the power pick up is well worth it.

Yea like I said if your gonna go big or the stocker his already hurt then it is. But just 5.7 high comp. to low comp. 6.0 not so much.
