Default full floating wrist pin or press in...

ok, so i bought wiseco piston p/n K474M965 with the .927 x 2.250 wrist pins and the callies I beam rods. Will the pins be full floating or pressed in? i couldnt find any info on this and thought maybe someone could help. also what is the differnce between a tool steel pin and a regular one?

They will be a floating pin.
