FM7 cam with emissions

FM7 cam with emissions I've been talking to Futral about their cams and I am certainly impressed with their customer service and results. But I'd like some opinions on the FM7 cam (future use on a blower).
Does anyone have opinions on how this cam will be in an A4 with a SY3500 that has to pass emissions (once every two years)? How serious of a tune will I need? I have no access to a good tuning shop locally and will have to rely on my Edit skills, which are mediocre.
Can I make this cam pass emissions when I need to (even temporarily) myself? Or am I getting in over my head and should consider a smaller cam?
