I will be going with the 228r sense I am in an auto with a 3400 stall, but if I had a sex speed I would probably go a little bigger. That probably doesn't help though lol

Va Speed just took out a 228R from my 346 if you are interested let me know. I also have 30lb svo injectors arp head studs and brand new PAC 1518's for sale.

call TSP and get the cam that make more avg tq and hp.get the cam pkg ,and get the valve spring compression tool.
