how good are they? how well will the do in a N/A 600-700 flywheel hp application? How long will they last?

Real good, they will last a long time if well installed and taken care of.

I've used them on 840+ hp builds (FI), yes the can handle a lot.
They are the brand I like best for $$ invested.
