am i reading this cam card right? I posted in newbie tech and i hope its ok i post here. More people here seem to have a grasp on internals.
Some quick help understanding this cam card from a project im working on.

The part reading "cam advance 4" means the cam is already advanced 4* in the grind correct? so dot to dot... or does it mean it needs to be advanced 4? i think its already in the grind.
also im judging rocker arm ratio under it is listed 1.7 (stock) just making sure im reading this cam card right. Trying to advance my knowledge of this stuff
