Default 01 WS6 27k no start at times!!!!!!

At times vehicle will not start. While starting vehicle loses spark and injector pulse! When vehicle does start it will stay running and runs fine. Crank sensor and pcm have both been replaced. When it doesn't start vehicle has good fuel pressure at 58psi. This has got us very stumped and chasing our tail.

Checked for loose or corroded battery terminals and cables. All ends including grounds on motor and frame and positive feed to fuse block.

All battery, motor and trans grounds checked and verfied good! Also have good powers and grounds before and after pcm replacment. Even when it doesn't start and looking with a tech2 everything checks good.

I assume the security light hasn't been on during the no start times?

X2, sounds like the wires coming from the ignition for the security system are starting to fray and will be separating soon. When that happens, won't be able to start it at all.

We have used the VATS interpretor and that system is working properly! That was the second thing we checked after the fuel pump which is what the customer first led us too! Thanks guys for the ideas, hopefully we can figure it out
