cooling fan power wire

cooling fan power wire ok here the thing my cooling fans dont come on,i have check fuses and relays and the same thing. so im going to run them direct. there are to wire white and blue/black. which one is the power wire.

Pretty sure the black wire is ground, you can probe it with an Ohm-meter to be sure. Should read infinity with one probe on the wire and the other on a good chassis ground.

They are two speed fans and if you do it right you can get both to be on "high" speed. Mine was a HUGE pain in the *** to figure out but I got both on the second speed. I used a relay from a APC fog light kit and it worked.
