Water injection N/A?
Anybody running water/alcohol injection N/A? Saw something a few years ago where a guy had a vortec max with I think just bolt-ons and tune made like 22-26 rwhp/rwtq. Seems like it would be worth it, considering how hot it gets in the summer.

I run it...but only when i spray the motor.
so yes...and no. however when i pulled the ls1 out for my 6.0 build, ive never seen a cleaner motor in my life. no deposits in the heads, no oil in the intake, everything was mint clean

I just removed my water/meth pump last week. Was running water and then moved to methanol. Worked good for my high compression motor in warm weather but now I just run e85 to keep the octane up. It works good but its easy to run too rich if using methanol. Water is safer, just have to play around with it and see what the car likes.

its not for the cooling effect. it helps with detonation when spraying. not that ive ever had a huge problem with it, but it does help run a little more timing safely.
