will stage 2 ported and polished LS1 heads flow my TSP 233/239 .595/.603 cam?

Properly done they could go over 300cfm on intake and be fine for that cam.

what are the major high lift flow restrictions on the 241's... is it just the intake side that needs extensive work? does the exhuast side need extensive work or just a general smoothing out?

Predator-Z: is 300cfm + on the intake my majic number, would 285cfm do it?

Seeing that a stock 241 will do 233cfm or so, yes 285 would be enough for that cam. Send them to AI.
