Default Possible colapsed lifter.....

I mis shifted while at the track last weekend and bent a pushrod. The initial compression test revealed 3 dead holes. the one on the right side is where the intake pushrod came out bent. the others appeared straight. i pulled all the rocker arms and pushrods out of the motor and using the compression tester put air in to the dead holes. They held the air. So by this i assume all the valves closed and none are bent and the piston rings are fine. I put new pushrods in and put it together. hoping this would fix the problem i started the car. It started right up. I was relieved that it started since i have previously only changed the oil before this project. Any way the motor was shaking all over the place. i did a compression check on the dead holes again and they were zero. now if the pushrods and new it must be a lifter correct???? well i'm pulling everything apart so i got to get back to it. Any insight or opinions would help me out. mario
