Numbers on end of comp cam

Hi just out of curiosity I have a 232/230 595/590 114LSA comp cam with the XER lobes. there are numbers at the end:

3726R- Pretty sure this is the lobe number for 232 XER lobe
3725R- 230 XER lobe

HR114- I'm guessing this is the 114 lsa but what does the HR stand for?
Z0143- I have no clue what this means any ideas?

All those numbers are hand etched in there is one more number which looks more like machine etching it is 222306 again I have no idea?

Just would like to know

Haha thanks ever sorry I never got back to you I ended up going with some ported heads instead did you get your car back together? Do you still need a pic of those wires????
