A4 guys with a G5X-3 shift points?

A4 guys with a G5X-3 shift points? Not sure if I should post this here on in the Auto Tranny section, Mods feel free to move if need be. Where do you guys have your shift points set at with the G5X-3, in you A4's? Looking for best track results!

If your on a stock bottom end for safety set the rev limiter at 7000 and shift that bad boy at 6800 rpm. If you have arp rod bolts and your valvetrain can handle it shift her at 7000rpm with a 7200 rev limit since your still making peak power at 6600 per your post!

I will be spraying it in the future. I plan on a 50 shot out of the hole, then progressive controlled up to a 125. I'll try the settings you suggested. I don't have ARP bolts just GM crap. I was thinking about rev limit at 6900 and shifting around 6650. Any more suggestions, on where to set my shift points in my A4?
