I just finished up installing my FMS F11 cam 228"/230" .581"/.591" 114LSA.What surprised me the most was that it idles perfect w/stock tuning.At low speeds it does seem to surge a little.What little bit i have mashed it feels really strong,will really test tomm.Also wanted to let people know that are afraid to install there own cams to do it.I have never been inside a motor in my life until today and got it done in 10 h ours.Very straight forward install.I used the tool from Larry in the tools section,and the TDC method for the springs and it works EXCELLENTUsed the Pen magnets to hold the lifters.Used the install guide from LS1HowTo great install article.Also thanks to Candy @ FMS for her xlnt customer service.

MY FMS 228 114 should be here by the end of next week..I hope I have as much luck as you. My tune was done strictly for my headers and to dial in my TQ vertor, dont know how that will affect how it runs/idles. From what I hear it shouldnt be a problem. FMS customer service does rock, and thanks to Candy and Allan for all the help. IF you can get us some dyno graphs of your cam versus stock from 2000 rpm on up. Congrats on your purchase, LSWONTA.
