Default 243 and 799

would there be any problem if you ran a 243 head on one side and a 799 on the other side getting a good deal on a mix set

Just make sure the 243s have the regular stainless valves. Because if they are "true" LS6 243s, the valves are longer and it would be better to run same length valves.

these were not used until the 02 ls6. the 01 LS6 had the same length valves as the LS1. They went to the longer valves to compensate for a smaller base circle on the 02+ cam

Yeah, like said before some stock factory setups have come like that. I was thinking bout piecing something like that together for ***** and giggles

how about a TFS on one side and an AFR on the other. Best of both worlds LOL
