can 918 springs be used w/g5x1 cam?

Default can 918 springs be used w/g5x1 cam?

the g5x1 cam is 228/232 585/575 112 are 918's ok or should 921's be used? thanks for any help. mike c.

918s should be fine but i would use a good dual spring like the 921 or the crane duals for added protection/insurance and of course peace of mind GREAT CAM selction by the way! those specs are really close to FMS 11 cam!

918's are fine, my buddy has them with his g5x1 and after 10k so far no problems.

thanks guys. i really did'nt want to come off another $600. if my 918 springs will work ok.

I agree with MTI 427. That is really close to an FM11 cam. Call up Allen and see if he has any deals. The 918's would be fine with that cam. But obvously a dual spring would be better.
