Default Damaged cam?

Does this look damaged to you guys? I spun a bearing and I pulled the cam out and noticed this. Im almost positive I did not put this in the car with that on there.

I figured it was, I haven't got to look at the lifters yet but it looks like I had more problems than spun a bearing.

my stock cam looked like tht when i pulled it out to do a cam swap
