G5x4 Cam and PRC 5.3 Heads

Will a G5X4 cam fit with a set of PRC 2.5 5.3 heads with out having to flycut? I can't find the specs, but TSP says the MS3 will clear if it is around there specs.

do you already have the heads? the heads will only clear the ms3 IF its set up for it
