this is gonna be a track mostly car... would the l92 be good for that on the lq4? or would prc ls6 be better? i already have a ls6 intake..

if u want to keep your ls6 intake the ls6 heads would be the choice because the ports on the ls6 intake are cathedral and the ports on the L92s would need rectangler port designs to work. If u dont mind buying a new intake l92s would work.

yea i knew that l92 wouldnt work with my intake... i juat wanna know whats gonna work best for my setup...

I think the L92 head would be a good choice for you. With a lighter car and something that will run mostly track, I would give them a shot.

would i have to change pushrods or rockers to run these heads? and what cam works best in them? i know they can have some ptv issues bc of there huge valves

Yes the L92 use offset rockers and different stands. Other than that, they are the same. There are a lot of different cam forums for the L92 heads. Use the search to find them. But usually, these heads like low to medium duration cams due to their high flow numbers. I have them on a 408 with a 231/239 cam

i have talked with my machinist and i guess im just gonna put the better bigger valves in my 317 heads, use my ls6 intake, buy up some arp rod bolts and head stud and build it for boost... and eventually buy a supercharger... unless you guys think i would benefit from something else...
