Default T.A running slow and hard start up. HELP PLEASE!

1998 Pontiac Trans Am
100k miles
Auto

Mods
SLP Loudmouth Exhaust I
SLP Lid
K&N Air Fliter
NGK TR55 Spark Plugs
MSD 8.5mm Spark Plug Wires

So I brought my first F-Body in March of 2011 and it had 93k miles on it stock. I was pretty quick and I loved it. Now I slowly starting to have problems.

1)My fuel pump went out and I got that replaced along with the fuel filter.
It drove great for a month then my car started having it first problem. It takes a while to start up. i would be cranking it over and it take 3-4 seconds to crank up. could my Fuel Pressure Regulator be going out?

This was b4 i put on all my mods.

2)Now my car feels like a it is running very slow like a dam 4 bannger. and it idles really low at 700 rpms.

3)Now after i put my SLP lid on and my k&n fliter car's check engine lights comes on. throwing off all my o2 sensors. it only comes on for a few days then goes off. It comes on when ever i floor is from 35 mph.
What can i do to fix this problem?

A fresh set of o2's will never hurt, I'm about to replace mine again before the year replacement expires
