i have an age old question- what would be a good cam for a 6.0 H/I/E ive been searching but nothing that quite meets my question. i am thinking about buying a friend of mines lsx s-10 rod. he has a 6.0 with it but pulled it due to a spun bearing. it originally had:
stage 2 ported 243's and milled, not sure, but he said he has about 11.3:1 roughly
1.7 HS yella terra rollers
tr224- i would swap this out since it is a bit small for a 6.0 and wouldn't be taking advantage of the ported 243's
85mm typhoon intake ported to 90 with nw 90 tb
1 3/4 mid length headers and 2.5 inch dual exhuast
stock rotating assembly
double roller chain
ported oil pump
3500 stalled stage 2 or 3 4l60e
8.8 with 3.73's
what would be a good cam to take advantage of the heads and intake and be used well with the drivetrain setup?

this is just a maybe thread. the block and truck arnt mine yet, just considering it. and if i do buy it, it will about this time next year. we finished the truck in early 2010, and ever since he finished it, he been thinking about selling it from time to time. he likes projects but once they're done he gets bored. im sure you'll find a cam by this time next year
