Default 98-99 headers vs 00-02 headers

hey I have an 02 Z28 camaro and I'm looking to buy headers. I found a posting for some headers but they are for 98-99 model year camaros. Does anyone know if they will work or what the difference is?
I do know my car does not have EGR but the earlier model years do.

Yes, the earlier models had an AIR system and EGR system, to stay emmisions compliant the headers for those year models come with tubes on them to hook the system to. The older headers are exactly the same, they just have that tube, you can buy block-off plates, or cut the tubes and weld the hole shut. But as far as fit, there is no difference. Hope this helps

Most people with those years just get the race style and delete the egr junk.but they are the same fit as the post above mentioned
