Can a over square Turbo motor rev higher ?

Yes I don't know what the turbo motor's going to be like at gaining revs but that's kind of why I'm asking for advice...

Ps here's a video of a similar car 377ci SBC reving to 7800rpm and hitting 100 MPH in 5.6 seconds, and the suspension is designed for a road racing not drag...

Huh? He hits 100 mph in 2nd gear? That oughta be worth about 300 mph in top gear...

They changed the ratios in 1st and 2nd, but 5th was still about 230mph maxed out..

I so far have raised my final drive from 3.44 to 3.1 and have raised 1st gear as well to get a 60mph at 7200rpm, but these Trans-axles are very expensive to modify and there isn't a good Trans that's below say $15K
My Porsche 996TT box has cost me over $13500 so far....
