What is this? I have never heard anyone mention this before. I bought the book How to turbo charge LS engines. It mentioned that I should put these two pins in if I am going to turbo my engine. Is this something that I should do or not worry about it? If I need to do this what is it that I actually need to purchase? I wouldn't even know what to call it or who to try and order it from.
Here is my goal and engine specs: If I don't need it, that's even better but don't want to have problems because I didn't use it.
5.3 arp rod bolts, patriot gold dual valve springs, XER 273 cam, 224/230 .581/.588 on a 114, LS9 head gaskets, stock heads, twin pt62/62's with a .58 AR, EFI on E85. Goal is to run between 15-19 psi and hope that will be enough to put me in the 5's for the 1/8th. Daily driver but all local. No long distance driving.
