Default Oil pump spacers?
Can anyone tell me how thick the spacers must be to run a typical double row chain in an LS1?

They should come with the pump. If you're gonna try and make them, as thin as possible yet allowing the pump to clear the chain. IIRC, mine were about 1/8" or so...
