Lost oil pressure after oil change??? Help?

Lost oil pressure after oil change??? Help? Change the oil in the SS yesterday, first time. I put in mobile 1 Full synthetic 5w-30 and a napa gold filter. Was running at 42-46 psi before i changed the oil, i dont know what was in it before but it had a carquest filter so it might have been conventional in it before i changed it. Its running at 37-40 at idle after the change, and still climbs to about 60psi when it climbs through the rpms. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks Derek
And also i drove it about 20+ miles to work and it was alittle above 40, maybe like 41psi at idle. Then about half way home on the way back is when i noticed it dropped when i stopped to get gas.
