Default Dynamic Compression

What is the maximum dynamic compression you can safely run on a daily driver, stock bottom end 6.0 using 91/93 octane??
.051 gasket on stock type combustion chambers (180 thermostat if it matters)

I am running 9.7:1 DCR /12:1 SCR on my 370. It is basically a stock bottom end with forged pistons, LS2 rods and stock LQ4 crank, PRC 5.3 heads. As long as the 93 octane is fresh, I don't have any issues. If my fuel gets old from sitting, I do experience idle issues until the fresh fuel gets into the system. If I drive it frequent, I don't have any issues.
