5.3 w/ 4.8 pistons and 706's? CR? So I'm looking to build a little budget 5.3... I have a good block and crank (free) and just bought 4.8 pistons for $70 shipped. I also have a set of stock 706's (61.15cc I think) that I may port and maybe mill?
About what comp would i be at with only changing to the flat top 4.8's?
And if I were to mill heads? I think a .050" mill brings them down to about 54cc.
