I ran that cam in my last setup with a set of patriot stage 2 heads. Pretty stout combo for the money I had in it. I have 2500 or less in my total setup. Never had it dyno'd but was prolly a touch over 400 to the wheels with stock intake. Car ran good but never could get the tranny right so I sold it.

It was an m6. Always had hydraulic issues and never could get it to shift into 3rd the way I would like. I broke 3rd gear once and then had it rebuilt and after that it starting popping out of 3rd gear again. Pulled the tranny again and had it replaced 3rd gear and the 3-4 syncro and after that I sold the car. I was frustrated with the car and should have bought a built trans to start with but I had way too much rapped up in the car and was offered a decent price for it so i let it go. I miss that one but this time around im going to build the A4 car in my sig. Heads cam intake and headers to come in the next 3 months.

[QUOTE=jt76;15757277]With these cyl heads and a 231/237 cam my car made 460hp/430tq at the wheels and pimp slapped some pretty quick cars. BEST head for a stock 346. Period.[/QUOTE
Those are about the numbers I'm after, does it still have street manners?

I just installed the the trick flow genx 515hp kit around 6 months ago
i added a fast 92mm intake and some 42lb injectors
also have speed engineering long tubes with slp exhaust
made it not even halfway through the dyno session and had a lifter start ticking and decided to call it a day.
ordered some ls7 roller lifters "highly recommended" and im also upgrading the cam to a texas speed bfd cam and upgrading to .660 valve springs
soon as all my parts arrive ill go get it dyno'd again and let you know how it goes. BTW- the 228/230 cam that comes with the kit doesn't sound bad at all and has a good lope to it. i just wanted something a little more aggressive
