should this cam be set up dot to dot ? bought the cam used and no cam card or anything, any help would be appreciated

Send me the info that is marked on the end of the MS3 you have. I will be happy to get you the cam card sent over.

they are pretty busy over there, and the cam is pretty well known so i am sure you could get the info on the internet, of you could just call them.
