I already have springs can I buy these heads without springs for less money? If so how much?
How would they match up with my Trex cam? Or would you suggest a different cam for max power?

Well there are some complications to this question. the 2.5 5.3 heads don't fit properly with the ms3 if they have been milled to a 58cc chamber unless someone has flycut the pistons. So if thats the case then you could mill the 220 heads to 58 and I would fully expect to see a notable pick up over the 5.3s at that point. The larger valve with the extra compression would really help make more power with that sized cam in my opinion. Keep in mind this is all assuming the pistons are flycut.
