Does anyone know roughly what sort of horsepower increase would be expected for 241 heads shaved , bowls blended/ported by hand and 3 angle grind job on the valves and seat over the stock 241 heads?

 

Prob at least 10 hp at the least more like 15 if you got good porting skills, also the bump in compression will contribute from shaving...243/799 heads are the way to go for only 350, make sure working the 241s over won't cost u more first
