Lq9 Conversion

Hello friends
I am going to be converting to an Lq9 from my Lt1 in a few months. My question is what heads should I use this is my daily driver but I do play around....... I am not spending a bunch of cash on this either so my choices are:
Mildly ported 5.3 heads can't recall the casting#
Mildly ported Ls1 heads 241s
I have both sets sitting in storage
No cam selected either so suggestions are good

I forgot...... I have access to a set of Ls3 heads and intake also...

I have an 8.8 rear with 3.73s and my car is a 6speed so no problem there. SVO 30lb. injectors
