Local machine shop

I am looking for a machine shop close to me. I am in north Dallas. I am going to build a 408ci and would like to find someone with ls based experince.

Buy a short block from Texas speed and it will prob be cheaper and better quality as far as machine work and warranty wise...add it up before you make your mind up trust me

I like that route just bc TSP has done probably thousands of shortblocks...if you buy longblock you get the warranty, but everything is built right from them...I'd even pay them a little more compared to an unknown machine shop that MAYBE has done a few ls1s who will probably experiment on it if they hadn't did one lol, but a machine will never tell you they can't do it...I went to a machine around where I live and he couldn't even remove a broken bolt in my converter cleanly, so I trust known names like TSP
