At idle kinda and when revving down only! Like a kinda clackey, almost like a rod but it sounds like its coming from right under the intake manifold on the driver side..broken lifter tray? Any ideas???

 

Checked valve springs and rocker arms and they are fine

 

Loose spark plug? That was my problem

 

Could be a loose knuter valve or like Blk said, loose plug.

Maybe make a video of it.

 

Any other guesses on what this could have been? Engine ran fine with good oil pressure, bit of metal in the oil but nothing outrageous, "clacked" every few rotations at idle and when revving down but when revving up it didn't make the noise..
