EPS hands down also try AI i used them either way you cant go wrong

Even though I've never had either brand of cam (only a comp xer lobe) but with all the hype I would like to try an eps due to the modern lobe design...I was going to get one til I found the comp 224/230 for $150 ...

I just ordered the 234/246. I'm looking forward to installing it. Can't speak on how it performs but I know I wont be dissapointed!

Old lazy lobes?? They're right along the lines of the XER and have nice aggressive ramp rates. Nothing lazy about them.

Give us a shout and we can get you setup. We test every cam we have in our line-up on our engine and chassis dynos and we know what it takes to make the power advertised. I would go with a custom EPS grind. If I were looking for a cam for my odd combo. I may have to get one if I plan on maximizing what I have now

Since you ported the heads you should have them flowed by the shop doing
the valve job. Once you know what the exhaust/intake flow ratio is then you
can call EPS or TSP to determine how much split duration you need.
Cams with 10 or 12 more ex duration help stock heads which only have a 60%
ratio. If you spent more time on your exhaust ports you may only need
a 230/234 which will help the PTV clearance.
