Default driveability concern

i have a 01 camaro z28 with a mild cam. engine misses bad at idle and smooths out with rpm increase. new plugs and wires. injector balance test, all injectors in spec, all injectors dropped around 9 psi. had aftermarket tune- reflashed to gm factory tune. replaced map, maf, primary o2, iac. fuel pressure at 58 psi at idle. has egr delete and smoke pump delete but does not set any codes besdies p0300-engine misfire detected. cam is not big at all- do not know exactly what cam is in it. vehicle runs real rough and misses on all cylinders randomly at idle. performed injector flush. nothing seems to help it. any help would be great. we are lost at this point.

I would do a leak down test and see what the plugs look like now. I would say its a possiblity it needs tuned.
