Default FelPro Head Bolts

HI guys, I am going to replace the head gasket on my '00 Camaro and am planning on using the FelPro head bolts:
http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...2258&ppt=C0332
My question is, do you have to add some kind of thread sealant on them, or are they coated already and ready to install?

Also, I remember there was a website with instructions on cam swap that was fully detailed, do you guys have a link to such site?
Thank you.

I read their method to torqueing the bolts, is that accurate? Seems kind of scary to me...
