I'm definitely gonna get the oil changed. I'm not sure what header gaskets the guy used at the shop. I'll check it out, I'm hoping it's just a exhaust leak.

Sounds mechanical but videos are hard to tell anything about. if its an exhaust leak I doubt it being the actual head to header leaking because they usually don't shut up with rpm. I'd pull that valve cover and see if they're anything obvious.

Any body else know anything? I just the car tuned, my tuner said he thought it could be a rocker arm. I put some used 60k mile rockers on it cause it had crane rockers on it before the swap. He said something about the bearings in the rocker, it showed it was running leaner on the side that it's ticking. Would a rocker tick be heard at start up? Or once warm like mine?
