My old car was a h/c/i 347ci 2002 block with a 98 computer and harness. made 453rwhp and 404rwtq through a 6spd and a 9" rear with 4.10s...You can have good performance with a 98 computer...its just not as easy on your tuner and not quite as desireable to have, but its not gonna hinder you.
