PRC valve springs
PRC valve springs I have a new set of PRC valve springs that im about to put onto my ls3 heads for my lq4. I got the old springs off, when I go to put the new springs on, they are very tight sliding onto the the seat on the head. Is this normal? I think its just rubbing on the inner spring when its sliding on. Also, I am reusing the locks and retainers front the ls3 beehive springs. Will the retainers that I have not work on these valves? It seems like they are to small. Any guidance would be great.

Make sure you use ALL of the hardware supplied with the new PRC spring kit. You CANNOT use your stock seat and seal, or retainers on these springs!
